Steps for applying for system membership i-Industry

1. Access the link for membership registration (https://i.industry.go.th.) and select the menu Apply for membership.

2. The system will display the criteria, conditions, and consent page. The subscriber must read it completely. 4. Fill in the information on the i-Industry system membership registration confirmation page.

2. Name-Surname (*Required to fill in)
3. Day/month/year of birth (*required)

5. Set a password. Fill in both fields exactly, using 8 or more characters.

1. Letter A-Z
2. Numbers 0-9
3. Special symbols (for example @ )

4. Press the “Continue” button

5. The system will select one of the following identity verification channels: mobile phone number (OTP), E-Mail (OTP), day/month/year of birth (example 01102537).
6. Press the “Continue” button

2. The system will pop up a window asking you to set a new password.
3. Create a new password by entering the same password in both fields, for example iindustrY@2024.

How to deactivate i-industry account (Close Account)

1. Link for deactivating account https://i.industry.go.th/customer/
2. When logging in, the member information screen will appear.
3. Select the “Deactivate Account” button in the upper right corner.
4. Select the reason for disabling.
5. Press the “Confirm” button
